Every order you place must meet the following criteria to activate your wholesale discount, which you'll view as you browse this online shop:

• you must be signed in to your account
• your total order must be at least £200

HOW TO ORDER

STEP 1

Have a good look around - Decide what you’d like to stock in your shop or online store - I know it’s a tough choice, right?

STEP 2

Add all your choices to your basket - Please bare in mind the minimum qty's for each category 

STEP 3

ORDER and PAY - Either pay with a credit card / Paypal right away or Select 'WHOLESALE ORDER - INVOICE' to receive an invoice for your order. 

STEP 4

Once the invoice has been paid we will get your order ready to send out and you will recieve a tracking number to track your order.

MINIMUM ORDERS

Each products has its own minimum order quantity and minimum total spend is £200 per

• CARDS - Minimum order of 10 cards per design.
• MULTIPACK CARDS - Minimum order of 5 of each pack.
• WRAPPING PAPER PACKS - Minimum order of 5 packs of wrap per design.
• WRAPPING PAPER SHEETS - Minimum order of 50 loose sheets of wrap per design.
• NOTEBOOKS - Minimum order of 10 sets (can be mixed).
• CUSHIONS - Minimum order of any 5 cushions.
• PHONE CASES - Minimum order of 15 total (any model/design).
• PRINTS - Minimum order of 5 prints per design.
• WOODEN SIGNS - Minimum order of 3 (can be mixed)
• CHRISTMAS ORNAMENTS -  Minimum order of 5 ornaments per design.
• CALENDARS - Minimum of 5 calendars per style/design.
• KOOZIES - Minimum order of 10 koozies per design
• JUNKMAIL SIGNS - Minimum order of 5 signs.
• PIN BADGES - Minimum order of 20 badges (any design, can be mixed)
• TOTE BAGS - Minimum order of 10 bags (any design, can be mixed)

PAYMENT

Payment for orders must be recieved before the products can be dispatched.

DELIVERY COSTS

We offer a flat fee of £30 shipping to all UK orders.

SHIPPING

We use a host of reliable, established couriers for all of our shipping. The specific courier will

be dependant on the order size and your delivery location.

LEAD TIME

Order are dispatched within 2-3 working days of receiving full payment. Larger orders may be

subject to additional printing lead times and may therefore be dispatched within 5 working

days.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you change your mind about your order you can cancel or amend this within 24 hours of us

receiving your order email.

DAMAGED ITEMS & RETURNS

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged we are more than happy to refund you

for this. If this is the case simply email us at store@telegramme.co.uk with some photos of

your package as it arrived. Returns for unwanted items are not accepted.
